Heather Gowrie is an innovation strategist, serial entrepreneur, agency owner, and freelancer. Though she wears many hats, her mission is to help entrepreneurs and online business owners standardize their projects, operations, and systems in order to run their businesses more securely.

I started my business and technology journey many years ago working for big tech firms. I was never quite happy being surrounded by suits and having everything mansplained to me. My entrepreneurial spirit showed me the way and led me to a life I truly enjoy. If you're tired of being told things are too complicated for you, hearing "no" every time you have an idea, or simply want to work on your own terms, let's work together and make your dreams come true.
When not helping entrepreneurs and business owners streamline their operations, you'll find Heather drinking too much coffee and reading comic books.

Julie is a strategic operations and professional services leader with over 15 years of experience enabling growth, operational scale, and transformation for high-growth and enterprise organizations. She specializes in building the infrastructure, systems, and cross-functional alignment needed to support complex service delivery, financial oversight, and post-acquisition integration.
Julie has led global teams through enterprise system implementations (including NetSuite, OpenAir, and Paycor), developed KPI-driven governance models, and partnered with executive leadership to enhance performance, transparency, and customer value. Her ability to translate strategic goals into scalable execution has helped organizations navigate growth, improve profitability, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and disciplined approach, Julie brings a proven track record of helping organizations drive efficiency, readiness, and operational excellence—whether scaling a startup or leading transformation within a global platform.
